Welcome to El Tizon Latino Grill, where passion for food meets a celebration of Latin American culture. Founded by Armando Martinez, our restaurant is a labor of love, born from a deep appreciation for Venezuela’s culinary heritage.
Armando’s journey began in the vibrant streets of Caracas and Valencia, where he developed a fascination for the art of cooking. Though he pursued a university degree, his heart was always set on entrepreneurship, and he soon found himself leading various projects across Venezuela.
My main goal with El Tizon Latino Grill is to offer our customers a taste of the artisan flavors of Venezuela. The ultimate satisfaction for me comes from seeing the joy and satisfaction expressed by our clients as they enjoy our dishes.
